Please be advised the Hotel
is NOT holding rooms for your guests. Rooms will
be given on a first-come/first-serve basis and
upon availability. The courtesy rate shall
“cut-off” 1/14/09 or whenever the Hotel is no
longer willing to grant your discounted rates
(whichever comes first). Thereafter, reservations
will be taken on a space availability basis at the
current rack rate. Rates are subject to 15% hotel
occupancy tax (9% city and 6% state.) Subject to

RESERVATIONS METHOD:
Individuals in our party should arrange their own
reservations with the Tremont House by contacting
the reservations department directly at (409)
763-0300 and stating the name Stars on the Brazos
Krewe (SOB Krewe). Those individuals following
this procedure will receive the special rates,
based on hotel availability at the time of
reservation. Reservations may be cancelled up to
72 hours prior to arrival without penalty;
otherwise the standard cancellation policy will
apply.
